Gloria’s brother lives in Sevilla, Spain, and was the main person who taught her how to make paella. Gloria has visited him in Spain and has also taken classes there as she developed her craft.
Two Sisters, One Kitchen
For approximately ten years, Gloria has been making paella with that same care. Today, she works alongside her sister — the two of them personally involved in sourcing ingredients, preparing them, and cooking each paella they serve.
